We’re excited to have you here. Over the next four months, you’ll embark on a practical and evidence-based journey to strengthen your confidence and skill in giving and receiving feedback.

This program is designed to shift feedback from something that feels uncomfortable or avoided into something that fuels growth, trust, and collaboration. You’ll explore the neuroscience behind conflict and defensiveness, develop strategies for managing emotions, and learn proven frameworks that make feedback conversations more constructive and impactful.

  • Self-paced learning: Each module is broken into short lessons with clear explanations, real-world examples, and practical tools.
  • Reflection activities: After each module, you’ll capture one insight, one barrier, and one question to bring to your coaching call.
  • Coaching support: Attend Integration Calls (small group coaching sessions with four of your peers) to help you practice, reflect, and apply what you’ve learned in a safe and supportive environment.

By the end of this program, you will:

  • Understand why feedback triggers defensiveness, and how to reframe it for growth.
  • Strengthen your self-regulation and resilience when giving and receiving feedback.
  • Build openness and trust through active listening and curious questioning.
  • Apply structured models to deliver feedback with clarity and respect.
  • Develop habits that embed a lasting culture of feedback in your team and organisation.

  • Allocate 2 hours to do your pre work per month
  • Arrive at each coaching session prepared
  • Make uninterrupted time for the reflective and application work
  • Honor your commitments
  • Be open and honest with yourself and your peers.
