ACP 360°Reflect

The 360°Reflect Assessment is a powerful feedback tool that offers a holistic view of your leadership performance—based on your own insights and those of your colleagues. It enhances self-awareness, reveals blind spots, highlights strengths, and strengthens working relationships. When used across a team, it also fosters a feedback culture, reduces bias, and builds trust.

This tool specifically measures you against the competencies covered in our Leadership Programs, and as such the results can be directly linked to course content, supporting you to focus your attention in your strongest ROI areas.

While it can feel uncomfortable to invite feedback, stepping outside your comfort zone opens the door to the most meaningful growth and in turn, the best outcomes for your leadership, your team and your business bottom line.

At ACP, our 360 Assessment is offered before the program begins and again at completion to measure your progress. The assessment is aligned with the leadership capabilities explored in both our face to face and online leadership journeys and includes:

  • 34 items, each on a five-point rating scale illustrated in the following example: “Does this leader manage their time to maximise productivity?” Response options: 1 (Significant Development Need) through to 5 (Exceptional Strength).
  • Four open-ended questions
  • Anonymised and de-identified results, shared confidentially with no-one but you and your ACP coach.

By opting in, you gain clarity on your leadership priorities—so you can target your efforts for the greatest impact.

Logistics

  1. Once you have made the decision to proceed you will need to consider up to 12 people (Raters) you would like annonymous feedback from and supply this list of names and emails to our enrolments team.
  2. You will then be sent an email template to send to your Raters so they know what to expect
  3. You then complete a self assessment, while your raters complete their peer feedback (two week assessment period)
  4. You attend 1 hour debrief via Teams with an ACP Coach, this is where you receive a copy of your report.
