ACP’s Rising Leaders is a 12-month online program that equips technical leaders with the human skills needed to build engaged, high-performing teams. Combining bite-sized, self-paced learning with coaching for accountability, it drives lasting behavioural change using proven psychological principles applied to real-world leadership challenges.

It helped me see what real leadership looks like when things get tough, staying calm under pressure, holding courageous conversations, and protecting psychological safety even when emotions run high.
