Leaders begin by taking the Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT), the only abilities-based test specifically designed to measure and develop emotional intelligence.
Recognised as the gold standard in EI assessment, MSCEIT is akin to an IQ test for emotional reasoning. It evaluates EI in four key areas and provides each leader with a personalised report, including their scores and improvement recommendations, which is debriefed in an individual coaching session with a MSCEIT accredited ACP coach.
Leaders then participate in an interactive and experiential 2-day workshop built around enhancing these four key elements of their emotional intelligence in the workplace. Why EI? you ask.
