The program covers 9 essential coaching skills, with 50% of each module exclusively dedicated to coaching practice, observation, and feedback – the most effective ways to develop effective coaching skills. It consists of 9 interactive workshops and bimonthly group coaching, culminating in a formal coaching session observed by an ACP Coach, followed by constructive feedback to support ongoing development.
