A 9-month blended learning journey combining evidence-based workshops, small-group coaching, and practical application.

  • 9 Virtual Coaching Circles — small-group sessions to apply skills, troubleshoot challenges, and embed new habits
  • 360° Assessments — baseline and post-program diagnostics to track real progress
