ACP Consulting Group invite all staff to a one-day neuroscience and positive psychology program (STEER) to improve self-awareness, relationships and productivity – we also use this time as a way to get feedback and understand the business.

Communication System Design and Implementation: we support you in implementing a regular rhythm to ensure everyone is on the same page and aligned.
STEP 6: Strength Profiling
ACP Consulting Group can roll out Strength Profiling as an engagement strategy to support your teams to work together harmoniously to ensure productivity across the board.
STEP 7: System Review
Review the organisations People/HR systems and modify to have a positive psychology approach to people management. Systems/Areas we review and edit include performance management, job descriptions, training administration, succession planning, salary reviews and bonus systems.
STEP 8: Attract & Sustain
We review your onboarding and recruitment processes, create an Employee Value Proposition and more efficient systems to ensure effective talent pooling. We then put strategies in place to retain high performing talent such as learning and development, and social initiatives.
