Partnering with clients in a thought provoking and creative process

We partner with clients in a thoughtful, creative process that sparks new perspectives and unlocks hidden potential. Through coaching, you’ll gain greater clarity, set purposeful goals, expand your mindset, and enhance communication — all driving stronger performance and lasting growth.

  • “I was initially sceptical about coaching but grew curious as I experienced the process. Coaching with Anna isn’t about teaching—it’s about reflecting on challenges and making small, meaningful improvements. Anna’s supportive approach made me feel comfortable and non-judged throughout. The coaching significantly boosted my self-awareness, helping me communicate more thoughtfully, especially on sensitive issues, and make deliberate decisions rather than reacting emotionally. Others have noticed this positive change too. I truly believe anyone with a growth mindset—especially leaders—can benefit from coaching.”

1 on 1 COACHING

1:1 coaching offers leaders immediate support when they need it most. Whether navigating a complex situation, preparing for an important conversation, or seeking clarity on a leadership challenge, these sessions provide timely, targeted guidance without committing to a full program.

TEAM COACHING

The purpose of team coaching is to improve the teams performance. These sessions are a formal part of working towards specific goals and create stronger collaboration, more focussed energy, challenge ‘group think’ and foster greater accountability.

Successful teams have a clear, agreed, and compelling direction, clear operation goals, agreed ways of working together and a mutual respect for each other’s unique talents with enough psychological safety to challenge the status quo. These are qualities that Team Coaching can support your team to build.

Executive Coaching packages

Packages are designed around how real behavioural change happens. Neuroscience shows that new habits form through repeated practice, reflection, and reinforcement—not one-off conversations. A structured coaching program provides the continuity, psychological safety, and developmental rhythm needed to create meaningful, lasting shifts in how a leader thinks, acts, and leads.

WHAT IS COACHING?

The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires people to maximise their personal and professional potential. Coaching aims to get to the ‘heart of the problem’; unpacking the thinking, emotions, beliefs or values that are contributing to that current challenge. This often enables clients to get un-stuck and regain forward momentum.

HOW IS COACHING DIFFERENT TO TEACHING OR MENTORING?

Coaching sets itself apart from teaching and mentoring by acknowledging you as the expert of your own life. Instead of providing advice, we ask thought-provoking questions that stimulate reflection and foster new solutions to challenges you face. It’s about empowering you to find your own answers.

HOW IS COACHING DIFFERENT TO COUNSELLING?

Coaching stands apart from counselling as it emphasises a future-oriented approach. While counselling is valuable for exploring past events to make sense of them. If this is needed, we are happy to make referrals to our clinical psychology partners. Coaching directs your focus towards the future, emphasising action and goal attainment. The coachee solely determines the solutions and actions to be taken.

CONFIDENTIALITY

We will always work within the confidentiality contract agreed between the individual and ACP Consulting Group and are guided by the organisational needs.
