At ACP, coaching conversations are strictly confidential. This means the content of your sessions, including your reflections, challenges, personal insights, and anything discussed with your coach, will not be shared with your leader, manager, or sponsor unless you explicitly request it.
What can be shared at an organisational level are high-level developmental themes, agreed goals, and progress updates that support your growth and ensure alignment with business priorities. These updates are always discussed with you first so you have full visibility and control over what is communicated.
