What You’ll Be Part Of

As an ACP Associate, you will help create leadership experiences that:

  • Build emotional intelligence and self-awareness
  • Strengthen confidence, clarity and presence
  • Support leaders to navigate complexity, pressure and change
  • Create sustainable shifts — not just great workshop days

You’ll work across:

  • Leadership programs and workshops (in-person and virtual)
  • 1:1 and small-group coaching
  • Reflective, evidence-based learning experiences
  • A collaborative co-facilitation model

  • Experience in leadership development, facilitation and/or coaching (ideally ICF credentialed)

  • A grounded, reflective and values-led approach
