Reflect360 can be flexibly applied depending on your goals:

1. As a Succession Planning Tool (for HR and Executives)

  • Leaders complete the Reflect360 survey with input from peers, direct reports, and managers.
  • Aggregated 360° results are provided to HR/Executives, giving visibility of strengths, gaps, and readiness across the leadership cohort.
  • This enables strategic succession planning, targeted development investment, and reduced leadership risk.

2. As a Personal Development Tool (for the Individual Leader)

  • Leaders complete the assessment and receive their own confidential report.
  • Results remain private to the individual, unless they choose to share them.
  • With an ACP coach, leaders explore blind spots, strengths, and areas for growth — creating a personalised roadmap for sustained leadership effectiveness.

3. Structured, Evidence-Based Assessment
Pre-program reflect360 → face-to-face or online leadership program → post-program Reflect360.

The tool is aligned with the leadership capabilities explored in both our face-to-face and online leadership journeys and includes:

  • 34 behavioural items rated on a five-point scale (e.g., “Does this leader manage their time to maximise productivity?” with response options from 1 Significant Development Need to 5 Exceptional Strength).
  • Four open-ended questions that capture rich qualitative insights.
  • Confidential, anonymised results shared only with the leader and their ACP coach (unless explicitly agreed otherwise).

4. Supported by Coaching and Programs
In both pathways, ACP provides tailored debriefs and coaching support, linking insights directly to leadership programs and ongoing development opportunities.
