Meet the ACP Team

“Bridging generations is the greatest leadership challenge of our time.”
Anna Pitman
Founder AND Chair – Bridging Generations, Elevating Women, Redefining Leadership
Anna Pitman is the Founder and Principal Consultant of ACP Consulting Group, a Western Australian leadership consultancy that helps technical experts in industries such as mining, engineering and finance transform into adaptive, emotionally intelligent leaders. Rooted in neuroscience and psychology, ACP’s programs have doubled the business’s revenue since 2019, expanded into international markets, and are now scaling through its Rising Leaders online platform to equip thousands of leaders nationally and globally.
ACP is trusted across corporate, government, education, community, and creative sectors, from banks and engineering firms to the government agencies, schools, not-for-profits, Aboriginal Corporations, and cultural institutions. Through these partnerships, ACP has worked with thousands of leaders across WA, nationally, and internationally.
ACP’s long-term partnerships prove this impact. For example, with a national mining manufacturer we helped increase revenue by nearly 50%, more than double profits, and shift from a conflict-avoidant culture to one of the most engaged workforces in the sector.
Beyond ACP, Anna is the Chair of Meridian Global, a philanthropic engine that has grown its investment fund from $86,000 to over $800,000 and has already distributed $644,000 to 44 charities worldwide, with a commitment to support at least one Western Australian charity each year. Meridian’s long-term vision is bold: to give away $1 million annually in perpetuity by 2040.
Anna’s leadership is also deeply personal. As a mother of three, including a five-year-old daughter with a severe disability under palliative care, she has mobilised more than $112,000 for gene therapy research. This lived experience grounds her leadership in resilience, empathy, and purpose, positioning her as a trusted thought leader in navigating complexity and uncertainty.
Anna combines her credentials as an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a degree from the University of Western Australia, and postgraduate studies in positive psychology and leadership with practical experience transforming leaders across industries.
Anna is recognised for combining commercial growth with inclusive culture change, creating a legacy of leadership that is both profitable and deeply human.
As a Gen Y leader, Anna brings a fresh perspective and is unafraid to challenge the status quo. In today’s digital era, ACP helps organisations bridge the intergenerational gap equipping leaders to move beyond traditional approaches and thrive in complexity.
