Anna Pitman
Founder, Coach and Facilitator – Positive Psychology and Wellbeing
Anna is a well-respected facilitator, coach, and keynote speaker who helps businesses get the most out of their people whilst optimising their personal wellbeing. Anna is a modern-day thinker, who uses proven theories from neuroscience and psychology to deliver on client needs.
Anna has worked in Organisational Development for over a decade consulting to a wide range of industries including mining, oil and gas, construction, education, defence, engineering, agriculture, finance, insurance, health, utilities, transport, hospitality and manufacturing.
Anna holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Western Australia in Health Science, as well as numerous other qualifications including a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing, Diploma Leadership and Management, Advanced Diploma Work Health and Safety and the Diploma in Vocational Education and Training. She is also an Accredited Coach in Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT), Marshall Goldsmith Global Leadership Assessment, CAPP Strengths Profile, Human Synergistics Life Styles Inventory (LSI), Talent ID and DISC Advanced.
Anna feels passionately about giving back. Anna is a Mentor for Zero2Hero; a Youth Mental Health Charity, as well as holds a position of the Board for Meridian Global Foundation – a Philanthropic Giving Circle who pool funds together each year to make high impact sustainable donations to charities doing great work.
Being a product of Gen Y, Anna offers a diverse, fresh and open-minded perspective on all things leadership, wellbeing, engagement and culture and is not afraid to challenge the status quo. The world is moving far too fast to keep doing what you’ve always done.
Outside of work Anna enjoys the beach, yoga and a glass of red.
Nicole Heffernan
Coach and Facilitator – Neuroscience and Psychology
Nicole Heffernan is an Organisational Development Consultant, Coach and Facilitator with over 10 years’ experience working across a diverse range of industries, including construction, mining, processing, oil and gas, power generation, agriculture, government, education, hospitality and finance. She specialises in applying current research in Psychology and Neuroscience to address everyday challenges for organisations and their people. Driven by her passion for helping people to achieve the highest version of themselves.
Nicole’s ability to build strong relationships at all levels of an organisation, and to translate complex problems into simple, applied solutions means that she has experienced significant success with both coaching and consulting clients. She is often described as down-to-earth and practical by those who engage her services and is a highly engaging and entertaining facilitator.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours as well as a Post Graduate Certificate in Applied Coaching. In addition, she holds a Certificate IV in both Training and Assessment, and Work Health and Safety. Nicole is also accredited in a number of diagnostic tools including Human Synergistics’ Life Styles Inventory (LSI) and Group Styles Inventory (GSI), Marshall Goldsmith’s Global Leadership 360 Assessment (GLA), and the Extended DISC.
Nicole prides herself on her unwavering commitment to drive sustainable change for her clients and regularly goes above and beyond to ensure they are fully supported in achieving the outcomes they desire.
James Reti
Coach and Facilitator – Neuroscience and Psychology
Driven by his interest and passion for psychology and leadership, James has over 13 years of international experience in adult education, training facilitation and coaching. James is passionate about people and understanding how we adapt and change. Alongside program facilitation, James has worked with clients to conduct competency assessments; identify skills gaps and challenges and design and implement strategies to facilitate large-scale organisational change.
James has partnered with organisations across a broad range of sectors conducting interventions centred around human psychology and optimising performance. James’ coaching experience has seen him engage with Executive and Senior Leaders, middle management, and team members around the globe. James’ coaching approach offers leaders and team members a process to optimise strengths and improve opportunities to achieve a higher level of performance and positive impact.
Ryan Ng
Organisational Psychologist
Ryan is a People and Culture Psychologist with a background in education, technology, and data science, and published studies in the fields of personality, negotiation, and neuropsychology. He employs an innovative, holistic and strengths-based approach to combining advances in psychology and technology for supporting data-informed, people-centric decisions that better drive success for everyone.
Ryan is the Founder of Talent Identify – a profiling assessment that enables organisations to build more effective teams, drive ideal culture and align hiring, by equipping people and leaders with deeper workforce analytics that support informed decisions for success.
Ali Local
Human Resources Strategy
Ali Local has more than 15 years of legal, consulting and oil and gas experience and has a keen curiosity in the people and organisation aspects of business transformations. Ali has consulted widely on issues relating to organisational capability and effectiveness; culture change; inclusion and diversity initiatives, and the future of work. Ali has a delivered transformational change programs for strategic and enterprise-wide transformations in both private and public sectors in Asia Pacific.
Ali holds a degree in French and History from the University of Manchester in the UK and is an alumnus of the London Business School having completed their courses in Human Resource Strategy in Transforming Organisations and Managing the Company of the Future. Ali is also a qualified Bikablo visual facilitator and is accredited in the use of MSCEIT, Hogan Assessment Systems and Korn Ferry Talent Q.
Renae Walsh
Registered Psychologist
Renae, B(Psych), BPsych(Adv)is a psychologist who works with adults, however, also sees adolescent and child clients. Following the completion of her degrees at both Curtin University and Monash University, Renae has worked in brief intervention for individuals struggling with their mental health as well as in private, government and not for profit services.
Her expertise now covers a broad spectrum of psychological issues impacting adults, adolescents, or children such as anxiety, depression, adjustment to life changes, personal growth, relationship issues (individual, couples and family therapy), school/study issues, self-esteem and confidence and work-related/career stress.
Renae works across a range of different evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy. Renae is passionate about her clients and holds high standards of professional ethics and client confidentiality. A calm and personable practitioner, Renae is someone with whom clients feel a sense of genuine support and care.
Madelaine Fisher
Coach and Facilitator
Madelaine brings knowledge and skill in helping teams and communities to cope well with difficulties and change with resilience and emotional intelligence. With a background in Law, Psychology and Indigenous Studies, Madelaine has extensive experience working in high level, executive and advisory roles.
Madelaine has two main focusses being neuroscience and wellbeing, as well as governance. She has worked in Governance and Organisational Development for over a decade consulting to leaders and teams in not-for-profits to drive effective results and engagement.
Madelaine holds a Bachelor of Laws from Bond University and is an experienced Director and current Independent Director of Ngarlawangga Decision Making Committee and is currently enrolled in the Graduate Certificate of Social Impact at University of Western Australia as well as making her way through a Masters of Business Administration (MBA). Madelaine also holds her Graduate Diploma of Practical Legal Training and Governance for Not for Profits and Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICDs).
In the well-being space Madelaine is a highly experienced Facilitator holding a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing as well as being a qualified 250+ hour registered Yoga Teacher and Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher. Madelaine is the owner Myu Retreats and runs yoga retreats around the world. Madelaine is accredited in the Transforming Self through Values Program ™ as well as the Barretts Values Diagnostic.
Aimee Smart
Coach and Facilitator
Aimee is an organisational development facilitator, coach, and consultant with over a decade of experience facilitating across a range of industries, with particular experience in the engineering, manufacturing, tertiary education, health, fitness and cosmetic sectors.
She holds a bachelor’s degree, majoring in Psychology and Counselling, with First Class Honours. She has published psychological research on self-esteem, objectification, and consumer behaviour. Aimee constantly strives for mastery in both her own consulting practice and that of her clients. Her sincerity, authenticity and easy-going nature allows her to build strong relationships within organisations.
Her comfort with vulnerability and challenging emotions fosters a sense of psychological safety and trust among those she works with, allowing them to get the most out of their learning and development.
Aimee has a keen analytic ability to identify complex or abstract problems, and makes quick links to effective, applied solutions for her clients. Aimee is also an accredited Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence test (MSCEIT) practitioner.
Olivia Day
Executive Assistant
With an impressive resume, Liv has extensive experience in writing, customer service and administration, with over 14 years’ experience in front line roles. She is the Assistant to our Principal Consultant and Managing Director, Anna, and is responsible for the administration and marketing side of the business.
Managing all things behind the scenes, you are likely to hear from Olivia once we start working together as she organises much of our logistics to ensure a positive client relationship.
