Anna Pitman, owner of ACP is also the Chairperson of Meridian Global Foundation which is a philanthropic giving circle based in Western Australia.
We are on a mission to challenge the way Australians think about their wealth and their giving. Meridian draws visionary thinkers – those who see beyond the convention, feel called to meaningful causes, and believe their resources are meant to shape a better future.
We believe generosity should be powerful, effortless, and infinite. That’s why we’ve built a smarter way to give.
With our carefully managed investment fund, every $1000 donation given is transformed into a perpetual and sustainable source of good. Our goal is to grow the fund to the point where we can donate $1 million every year—forever. We are on track to do this by 2040.
We vet our charities rigorously, conducting deep due diligence, ensuring reliability, effectiveness, and impact. We provide WA donors with the expertise and vehicle for giving, making it simple and stress-free.

ACP also partners with Zero2Hero.
This Not-for-Profit have a vision that every child and young person be educated and empowered to effectively deal with mental health issues, and mental illness is dealt with openly and treated as a normal part of everyday life.
By educating and empowering young people with the knowledge and skills needed to support themselves and help their peers to do the same, mental health and wellbeing can be improved and suicide can be prevented.
